Shipping policy
Once your order is placed and you receive your confirmation email, your order will be processed within 1-6 days and shipped from Watamu, Kenya. We use DHL Express for international orders and Fargo Courier LTD within Kenya.
Kindly note that some countries are subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once arrived at your location that we are not responsible for.
RETURNS WORLDWIDE
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a returns policy from outside of Kenya due to high import and tax duties. Please, before placing your order be sure the size is correct and refer to our size guide. For any doubts, please feel free to contact us we are always happy to help!
RETURNS IN KENYA
If you decide to return your order in Kenya, please inform us within 2 DAYS of receipt your order. Shipping costs are non refundable and you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return the item. We can not accept items that we consider used or demaged. Within Kenya we suggest using Wells Fargo or G4S and we are not liable for any loss of parcels being returned. NO RETURN/REFUND FOR ITEMS ON SALE OR AFTER APPLYING A DISCOUNT CODE
