Unfortunately we are unable to offer a returns policy from outside of Kenya due to high import and tax duties.  Please, before placing your order be sure the size is correct and refer to our size guide. For any doubts, please feel free to contact us we are always happy to help!

RETURNS IN KENYA

If you decide to return your order in Kenya, please inform us within 3 DAYS of receipt your order. Shipping costs are non refundable and you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return the item. We can not accept items that we consider used or demaged. Please note that customized items, as well as items purchased on sale or with a discount code, are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.

We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we can provide store credit or an exchange, depending on stock availability. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. For returns within Kenya, we recommend using Wells Fargo or G4S. Amani Yani is not liable for any loss or damage of parcels during return shipping.
